Cereal Dinner

Tonight I was craving cereal. Yes, I just had it for breakfast, and I also had a pretty calorie-laden lunch, but I wanted to bike a little more tonight and also play with our new weights! My tummy was also telling me that it was time for some dinner around 5:30 so I decided to eat - the serving size is a cup for 110 calories so I measured out a cup (as I do) along with 1/2 C soymilk and 1/2 C almond milk. I also added 3/4 of a medium banana. My stomach stopped complaining after that, and I figured it's a pretty low-cal meal even if it's kinda carb-y.


I also had a lil clementine. They are just so perfect and tart.


Tonight the puppers were playing on the couch. :)
